If your device is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can fully recover your crypto assets using the 24-word recovery phrase you wrote down during initial setup. Simply purchase a new VEXA Wallet (or any BIP39-compatible hardware wallet), select "Restore Wallet," and enter your recovery phrase. All your assets, accounts, and transaction history will be restored.
Critical: Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. VEXA support will never ask for it. Anyone with access to your phrase has complete control over your funds.
